G-TEKT Europe Manufacturing Ltd (G-TEM) announces that phase 1 of its solar installation is now complete. Phase 1 saw a 1MW array installed on top of its newest Gloucester facility. Phase 2 will soon be underway, with another 1MW array to be installed atop our original Gloucester facility.

The first day of being switched on saw the facility running on 100% renewable energy, with the excess energy generated being sold back to the grid. This is a monumental feat for a heavy manufacturing facility, showing our commitment to becoming a more sustainable business.
