Spanning over 4 years, our level 3 engineering apprenticeships offer you a comprehensive learning and practical experience programme. You’ll learn foundational engineering skills honing essential skills like welding, fabrication, and understanding material properties.
In addition to your qualification, you’ll be applying your acquired knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios, contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing plants.
Upon completing your apprenticeship, you’ll receive a nationally recognised Level 3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, affirming your proficiency in the field.
Upon Completion of your Level 3 apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to pursue a HNC-level qualification, further elevating your expertise and career opportunities.

Toolmaker / Die Maintenance Apprentice (Level 3)
Course Length: 4 Years
Work, learn, and earn as a fully-fledged Toolmaker Apprentice as you acquire both traditional toolmaking skills and modern technologies. Master multiple welding methods and learn to recognise the hardness and heat resistance of various metals and alloys – fundamental when carrying out maintenance and repairs to dies, jigs and fixtures.
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Apprentice (Level 3)
Course Length: 4 Years
Work, learn, and earn as a fully-fledged Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Apprentice, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing plants. Working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, you’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment essential to our production processes.
HR Administration and Marketing Apprentice (Level 3)
Course Length: 2 Years
Work, learn, and earn as a fully-fledged HR Administration and Marketing Apprentice, playing a critical role in ensuring operational support to the HR team to ensure legal compliance and HR best practice. You will also responsible for developing and enhancing the recruitment process through use of effective digital marketing.
